About Us
Peeling paint, sun-baked siding, or a chalky roof coating can make a good home look rough and can let water in. Bay of Islands House Painters fixes the root problems and delivers durable finishes as your interior house painter, exterior house painter, and roof painter in Kerikeri, and we stop the common mistakes like skipping wash, primer, or caulking that cause peeling, stains, and leaks.
We have a steady crew that follows a proven method that starts with washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, spot priming, and a true two coat finish with back rolling where it’s needed. We use top grade primers and paints that match your surfaces and the local weather, and we avoid the shortcuts that cause flashing, lap marks, peeling, and early failure.
You get clear pricing with a written scope, daily updates, and a tidy jobsite you can live with. We back our work with a workmanship warranty and we come back if something isn’t right.
For interiors we repair drywall, skim rough patches, seal stains, choose the right sheen for each room, and use low odour paints that dry hard so the finish looks clean and holds up to daily wear. For exteriors and roofs we wash and decontaminate, scrape to a firm edge, caulk and seal joints, prime bare areas, apply the correct film thickness, and coat metal or tile roofs with products that reflect heat and extend service life to help stop rot, rust, and leaks.
